The Damar Services clinic and support facilities is a building on a 50 acre campus with 13 other buildings. This community services children with developmental disabilities, severe autism, and intellectual disabilities. 200 full time residents live on campus, along with 200+ staff. The organization has 800 staff and 1,000 clients throughout the state of Indiana and southwest Ohio.
Damar Services provides public special education for its residents and other students referred from the local community. This renovation and addition to the existing administration building was intended to provide new classrooms, with faculty support and heath clinic resources.
It was necessary that the clinic be designed as a fully functioning medical facility to provide complete care and support for the campus designed specifically for the purpose of caring for children and adults requiring specialized care.
