Charles Kotterman designed the existing building located at 1441 S. Liberty Street, Bloomington, Indiana in 2003-2004. In 2015, Architura was contracted to provide architectural and engineering services for a building addition to their auto dealership.
The project included:
- Identifying goals & guidelines by Gen3
- Evaluation of existing structure to determine what is needed to make revisions to the cylinder at the entry
- Assistance with interviewing and selecting a contractor
- Preparation of structural framing & foundation plans
- Evaluate changes needed to HVAC, electrical and plumbing
- Prepare plans & paperwork to file for an Indiana State Plan Release
- Detail changes to exterior wall materials
- Revise finishes in showroom and other interior spaces
