Cost Estimating
Architura uses the costs estimating services of both in house and consultant staff. We use information from R.S. Means Cost Works and our library of actual project data gathered over 10 years to provide accurate estimates to guide our client’s goals and expectations. We use the expertise of outside consultants such as Blundall associates on selected occasions.
Architura has been successful in being within 5% of the actual construction cost of projects. Architura avoids "wishful" cost estimating to properly manage client expectations.
