Client Management
The Architura philosophy to client management can best be summarized as that of a Team captain. We put together a group of highly talented and professional players who commit involvement and interaction with each other at all stages and levels of the project development. It is the function of Architura as Team captain to know when, where and how to integrate and best utilize the talents of the professional players.
A key strategy in the Architura client management philosophy is the commitment to the Owner in creating an atmosphere of confidence through listening and involvement. Listening to the Owner’s needs, listening to the Owner’s problems, listening to what is being said between the lines. Action is implemented through listening and the prompt response of the principal in charge which eliminates the risk of miscommunications.
Meetings involving critical and detailed decisions and actions are documented by our team leader, who then shares these meeting notes with other team members to help keep consistent communication. Sensitive issues are not covered in notes, but in more personal conversations
Positive communication and problem solving are the result of a good "team effort" between client and architect. Architura works closely with our clients through all phases of project design and construction. Architura excels at managing work during the construction phase.
Successful client management results in a continued relationship between client and architect. Architura has continued with repeat client work on over 90% of our projects.
